When carrying out work at this facility, it was necessary to make every effort for a quality result, since the Central Hotel was built in the 19th century and is an architectural monument.

The project provided for ventilation with central air conditioning and fresh air supply to all rooms of the hotel, with the installation of "VTS" equipment.  

Additional difficulties were caused by the poor condition of the interfloor ceilings and strict requirements for the work by the authorities for the protection of architectural monuments.
